Welcome to Triassic Vineyards, spanning 14.47 acres in the heart of Tehachapi's AVA wine country. Seven acres of this majestic land are adorned with mature grapevines, nurturing noble varietals such as Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Viognier, Syrah and Zinfandel. Each grape tells a story, a whisper of the vineyard's award-winning heritage, celebrated with double golds, silvers, and bronzes since 2015. The vineyard and tasting room are fully operational and will supply the owner with all the necessary tools and information to carry on the business.The estate's crown jewel, a 4000 square foot custom home, stands proudly, its castle-like faade echoing tales of luxury and elegance. From its vantage point, one can feast their eyes on a panorama of rolling hills, the dance of vines in the breeze, and the majestic Tehachapi Mountains painting the horizon.Adjacent to the home lies a rustic tasting room, a sanctuary for the senses, where an underground cellar cradles bottled poetry, aged to perfection. Here, time pauses, and every sip is a voyage through Tehachapi's unique terroir, shaped by warm summers and cool winters. The inside seats up to 40 guests and the wrap around enclosed patio can easily accommodate a combined 125 people. The tasting room has two bathrooms and 12 picnic tables for patrons to bring picnic lunches, host events or sip our wines while your kids and dogs enjoy the lawns. We are the only dog and kid friendly winery in the region. During the snowy and chilly winters, there is a pellet stove in the tasting room that warms our guests and adds to the ambiance.Step outside the home, and the estate unfolds into an enchanting outdoor space, perfect for entertaining under the stars or finding solace in the solitude of nature.
